HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY TO ME!

I turned 2 years old on November 16th! We celebrated last Saturday by having few of my friends and family over to eat icecream cake and open presents. I loved singing the happy birthday song. In fact, everytime I see my birthday cake or my birthday balloons (both are still around) I sing the song again. Maybe we should celebrate my birthday all year long!
Pawpaw is so funny. He makes Isaac and me laugh so hard everytime he counts down "5, 4, 3, 2, 1" and then yells "yeah!" He's so silly.
Elle admired my birthday balloons, but I made it clear that they were mine and she was not too touch them. That is until Mom stepped in and ruined my fun by giving her one. I'm not so sure about this "sharing" activity I continue to be forced to participate in.

Allllriiiiight!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got a "So Suite" doll house! Not sure what to do with it - but it must be a fun toy because the big girl on the box looks excited about it.

Happy Halloween!

This Halloween I got to be a fairy and Isaac got to be as an Indie Rocker. We had fun giving candy to trick-or-treaters; although some were kinda scary. This is definitely the best Halloween I've ever had - seeing that Mommy and Daddy finally bought me a costume this year. Cheapskates.

Papaw and Great Aunt Darlene's Birthday Blowout

I had a ball celebrating Papaw and Great Aunt Darlene's birthdays. Isaac and I played silly games and explored some toys while the big folks enjoyed a delicious feast. Oh - and we enjoyed some good eating, too. But the best part was playing with my goofy cousin Isaac.

Playing dress-up

Mommy has been slacking on the blog a bit. She got a full-time job working as a behavioral specialist at two elementary schools. She says working full-time is really eating into her hobbies - like posting to my blog, reading, and scrapbooking. But the good news I still get to spend lots of time with Mommy because I don't require much sleep (sometimes I get the impression my lack of sleep frustrates her and Daddy.)
I had a great time the other day in Mommy's car after finding some of her lipstick. I got lots of practice applying it like she does. I also recently discovered her stash of jewerly - which is now my new favorite hobby!

Playing at Isaac's house

I got the coolest cousin ever. He is so silly he makes me laugh. And he likes to play in the dirt and plants like I do. We tore up Uncle Patrick's back yard. It was the best time ever!

The princess and the lady bug

Yesterday at Cracker Barrel, my BFF Jordan and I both got the hippest costumes ever to wear this Halloween. I'm going to be a fairy fairy princess and Jordan is going to be a lady bug. As we tried out our costumes this morning, Mommy beamed that there has never been a more adorable princess or lady bug before.

Volleyball Party

This Labor Day weekend Mommy and Daddy threw their 6th Annual Volleyball party and it was the funnest party ever!!!!!!!! I wore myself out playing with my buddies all weekend. Here I am with Jordan and Jayden in my little red wagon.
We played for hours in a tent up in the bonus room.
Jordan, Reezie, Jayden, and I - chillin' in my lagoon style pool.
I even got to hang with my friends Elle and Leyton. I wish I wasn't so pouty in this picture, but I was beat. Not even my favorite "Princess Dress" could pull me out of my funk (I beg Mommy to dress me in that outfit every day).

Finally...

It's been a crazy few weeks. Mommy, Daddy, and I moved to Gallatin, TN - Mommy's hometown to be near Mawmaw, Pawpaw, Isaac, Iris, Lorraine, and Patrick. And some of Mommy's bestest friends and their babies live right around the corner! Daddy started work as a social worker/marketing sales rep for Trinity Hospice the Monday following our weekend move. Mommy's been interviewing for various positions - but hasn't officially received any offers yet. Although she is eager to gain employment, she has enjoyed having time off to unpack and organize our new house. This house rocks - I absolutely love the big jacuzzi tub in Mommy's and Daddy's bathroom. I also love escaping up the stairs to the big room above the garage where Mommy's old toys are (thanks Mawmaw for keeping so many of them!) My room is amazing. Mawmaw painted it even more fabulous than before! I have so many amazing murals painted on my walls. Stay tuned for more pictures!

Grammie and Grampa Wright

Grammie and Grampa Wright visited me several weekends ago. My favorite activities were playing at the park and visiting the Tennessee Aquarium. I especially loved the butterfly and the penguin exhibits.

Puffy-eye speaks

Puffy-eye sleeps

I got a bug bite today that made my eye swell up. So Mommy gave me benadryl right before my nap to take the swelling and itching down. I ate my sandwich (while chattering to Mommy) then quickly decided it was a fine time to catch a few winks!

4th of July Dance-Off

Jordan is definitely my silliest, bestest friend

We celebrated the 4th of July by boogying until we both fell down!

Its takes a lot of energy to throw a party.....
But I took it on and it was crrraaaaazy...
The music was jammin' and I was slammin'....
Until the car started up and instantly sedated me. Oh, well - maybe I'll throw a party in Lala Land...

Memorial Day

Memorial Day weekend I got to practice my swim strokes in my BFF's pool. Jordan and I have been taking swimming lessons together and I must say, we've gotten pretty skilled.

Taking time out for a little snack break does a lot for our water-logged bodies.
